According to a statement issued here, Hoti, who had been show-caused for breaching party's code of conduct, was given a week's time to come up with an explanation, which he failed to incurring expulsion.
The statement also added that Hoti's such violations had now fallen into a pattern as evident from one of his recent statements during a press conference a few days back.
